A steady climb

One of my customer is a local University. Since I've been working with them I have had to climb 2 large set of steps and then walk about 30 feet to another smaller set. By the time I get inside the building I'd feel like I'd need an oxygen tank or a couch to sit down on for a few minutes. I did that for months. I would then walk slowly till I would catch my breath. I should of known then, or let that be a sign that things in my life where out of control. Well last week I was on campus for the first time in 5 months and I went up those stairs, into the building and to the office of the person I was visiting and not once felt like I was going to pass out. I also realized too that I wasn't carrying 70 plus pounds anymore. I'm excited to see what happens when I am not carrying 145 pounds anymore. :)

These types of accomplishments are exciting to me, it means that I am heading in the right direction and I know that all the progress I've made is all for the right reasons.

So don't be afraid to climb those stairs....
