It's 3 months today that I made the commitment to change my life for good. I feel great about this decision and the accomplishments that I have gone through and that I will go through. It's been a crazy up and down road, but overall it's been a blessing. I woke up with an even bigger surprise this morning...I lost 4 more pounds. I am now sitting 1 pound away from losing 60 pounds. 60 pounds! I don't know why every large moment I am shocked that I've made it. I've lost more weight now then I have ever lost in my life at one time. I am only 90 pounds away from being at my goal weight. 90 pounds actually doesn't sound so bad...doesn't seem like it's impossible. Anything is possible, Anything is possible when you understand who you are.
