Running...

LATE! Never fails when you have the best intentions and think that you'll have enough time to get from point A to point B....something usually throws a wrench in it. That's how this morning feels, and on top of that I am very sore. Even though I wanted to work out yesterday but because of other commitment’s I was unable to, I know my body needed rest.

The next 4 days will be a true test. My next break won't come till Monday. And I'm ok with that. It's my goal, 6 days a week and 1 day for a break. I know that as the summer approaches that won't be possible, but if I at least work at it for a few weeks at this pace then I won't be freaking out when I have to miss more then one day.

I'm ready to get back to it tonight. I'll have my first work out partner, pretty exciting. I know we'll have a good time and maybe a few funny stories.
